I would go out there about 10 o'clock at 26:28.259 --> 26:32.789 night and pray till four or five in the morning, and I 26:32.789 --> 26:39.990 did that probably a couple months. One of those nights, 26:41.369 --> 26:45.240 about three in the morning, Holy Spirit spoke to me. I 26:45.240 --> 26:47.789 thought He spoke out loud if you were there. I don't know 26:47.789 --> 26:53.430 if you would have heard it, but it was very bold. And He 26:53.430 --> 26:58.140 said, "As I sat by that lake at three in the morning, I 26:58.140 --> 27:04.619 will now lead another campaign for the King. It 27:04.619 --> 27:09.000 will be similar to Acts chapter 2, only this time I 27:09.000 --> 27:15.539 will be bringing far more of the angel armies." It was — 27:15.539 --> 27:19.289 it became my assignment to study angel armies, which I 27:19.289 --> 27:22.799 have done. I have now identified 12 different 27:22.799 --> 27:26.549 divisions with hundreds of thousands in each division. 27:26.549 --> 27:31.589 I'm working on the Seraphim division right now. But they 27:31.589 --> 27:34.289 are working to bring the greatest of, greatest 27:34.289 --> 27:39.839 harvest of souls in all of history, a billion-soul 27:39.839 --> 27:46.589 harvest. A few nights after Holy Spirit said that to me, 27:46.589 --> 27:51.150 again around three in the morning, Holy Spirit spoke 27:51.150 --> 27:55.259 these words to me. I've said them hundreds of times. This campaign of Holy Spirit, this kingdom 28:35.009 --> 28:40.980 revival, this awakening assisted by millions of 28:40.980 --> 28:47.220 angels is going to be more powerful and greater than 28:47.220 --> 28:51.839 any other revival on earth. We will see signs, we will 28:51.839 --> 28:56.670 see wonders, we will see healings and miracles, great 28:56.670 --> 29:01.890 deliverance as we have never seen before. This afternoon 29:01.890 --> 29:06.960 I want to talk to you about Holy Spirit's kingdom 29:06.960 --> 29:14.160 revival. At the end of COVID, the COVID years, Holy 29:14.160 --> 29:19.710 Spirit began to press me, press me deep in my spirit, 29:19.710 --> 29:25.170 saying, "I need you to declare my — declare now to 29:25.170 --> 29:33.089 my kingdom revival." This is not going to be just a local 29:33.089 --> 29:38.910 church revival. It is a worldwide kingdom revival. 29:38.910 --> 29:44.220 for Toronto. I praise God for Brownsville. I went and 29:44.220 --> 29:48.390 I was blessed, but it is not God's plan for the saints to 29:48.390 --> 29:55.200 drive hundreds of miles to be in revival. Hundreds of 29:55.200 --> 29:59.130 New Testament churches are scheduled for the outpouring 29:59.130 --> 30:04.140 of great, great revival. It's a kingdom revival. It's 30:04.140 --> 30:08.190 a part of what the angels have, have been working to 30:08.190 --> 30:12.445 assist. After he said that to me, he began to give me 30:12.445 --> 30:18.145 several prophetic words about this moment. I don't 30:18.145 --> 30:22.556 consider myself to be a prophet. I'm an apostle, but 30:22.556 --> 30:26.486 apostles do prophesy, sometimes better than the 30:26.486 --> 30:36.865 prophets, but you know. Wow. I've never gotten that kind 30:36.865 --> 30:50.756 of response before. Specifically today, 30:52.945 --> 30:57.895 specifically today I want to explain a prophetic vision 30:57.895 --> 31:02.756 the Holy Spirit gave to me. It is one of the most 31:03.776 --> 31:10.316 supernatural things that I've ever experienced. It 31:10.316 --> 31:18.175 was so real, it was so actual. It was just so real 31:18.175 --> 31:24.806 to me. I was in this vision. And I want to explain what 31:24.806 --> 31:28.106 it prophesies into this moment, into this weekend. 31:29.635 --> 31:31.766 And then I'm going to give you a prophetic word that 31:31.766 --> 31:40.016 also was downloaded to me. I began to hear sounds, sounds 31:40.016 --> 31:45.566 in the spirit realm, and the sounds began to prophesy 31:46.766 --> 31:57.326 what is to now happen. These sounds began after feeling a 31:57.326 --> 32:03.145 very different kind of anointing soaking me. It was 32:03.145 --> 32:08.425 different than the normal anointing that I feel. This 32:08.425 --> 32:13.346 was different. And it went on for almost a week's time, 32:13.346 --> 32:17.276 just different kind of anointing. It was very 32:17.276 --> 32:22.615 aggressive, it was very bold, and it was like a 32:22.615 --> 32:26.965 fresh encounter with the Lord type of thing. The 32:26.965 --> 32:30.326 presence of the Lord was so close, it's like I could 32:30.326 --> 32:37.736 feel Him in an experiential way. Previous to that week, 32:37.736 --> 32:43.226 I had been praying for apostolic boldness like the 32:43.226 --> 32:48.655 apostles in Acts 4:29 prayed for. And I'd been praying 32:48.655 --> 32:51.415 for that kind of boldness to come upon me, that kind of 32:51.415 --> 32:56.215 boldness to come upon the New Testament churches, the 32:56.215 --> 33:00.625 ecclesias, and upon us at the Oasis where I've 33:00.625 --> 33:07.945 pastored now 46 years. And I began to hear things 33:07.945 --> 33:12.536 differently in the spirit realm. I began to sense, I 33:12.536 --> 33:17.215 began to see things in the spirit realm differently. 33:17.215 --> 33:22.226 And it was very clear in, I don't know how to describe 33:22.226 --> 33:27.145 it other than it seemed more real than the natural realm, 33:27.145 --> 33:34.046 more real. As I prayed into this asking Holy Spirit, 33:34.046 --> 33:38.276 Holy Spirit what are you, what are you saying? Talk to 33:38.276 --> 33:44.006 me. As I prayed that I was caught up, I was caught up 33:44.006 --> 33:48.685 and in a vision. I heard Holy Spirit say, "I am 33:48.685 --> 33:52.556 anointing my apostles, prophets, and kingdom 33:52.556 --> 33:58.195 ecclesiastes to win old battles and new battles, 33:58.195 --> 34:02.395 resulting in great victory." And the word "new" was 34:02.395 --> 34:06.955 emphasized by Holy Spirit. And I began to understand 34:06.955 --> 34:12.235 that while old battles had to be dealt with, there 34:12.235 --> 34:18.686 would be new battles and new ways to deal with that along 34:18.686 --> 34:23.365 with multiplied hosts of angel armies assisting. And 34:23.365 --> 34:28.346 it would result in old battles being won and new 34:28.346 --> 34:34.525 battles being won. Then in this vision, so clearly, I 34:34.525 --> 34:42.206 begin to hear power explosions. The dunamis of 34:42.206 --> 34:47.275 God, the power of God, like the day of Pentecost, power. 34:47.275 --> 34:52.976 Dunamis. Yes, word dynamite from it, but dunamis doesn't 34:52.976 --> 34:58.795 mean dynamite. Dunamis means the dynamite is lit, and the 34:58.795 --> 35:04.646 explosion is the dunamis. So it was the released power of 35:04.646 --> 35:09.925 God I was hearing, exploding power, power of God. I heard 35:09.925 --> 35:15.416 it in the spirit realm, and I knew it was an explosion 35:15.416 --> 35:22.195 against strongholds that we could see collapse if we use 35:22.195 --> 35:28.556 our faith because in this vision I began to see old 35:28.556 --> 35:34.976 castles, old castles. And I could see them and then 35:34.976 --> 35:41.306 suddenly they were just blown to bits, blown up. Old 35:41.306 --> 35:48.295 strongholds I knew were falling in a new battle, in 35:48.295 --> 35:53.786 a new release of power. I also begin to hear the 35:53.786 --> 36:01.242 sounds of revival. Revival has a different sound to it. 36:02.786 --> 36:09.416 It's hard to explain. I was raised in revivals. Until I 36:09.416 --> 36:15.085 was nine years old, my dad was an evangelist. He was a 36:15.085 --> 36:19.945 Nazarene evangelist. And back in those days, they 36:19.945 --> 36:22.706 would have a one-week revival, maybe a two-week 36:22.706 --> 36:28.315 revival, and then move on to the next place. And so, 36:28.315 --> 36:33.085 until I was around nine years old, I was in one 36:33.085 --> 36:38.246 revival after the other because we always, when we 36:38.246 --> 36:44.065 could, we went with mom and dad, Dutch and I, and we 36:44.065 --> 36:46.405 would play in the church yard, stay in the church 36:46.405 --> 36:51.206 basements or at somebody's house, one after the other 36:51.206 --> 36:54.476 after the other, and we always had to sit on the 36:54.476 --> 37:03.266 front row because Dutch couldn't behave, and dad 37:03.266 --> 37:11.306 made us sit on the front row. And I didn't know it, 37:11.306 --> 37:15.175 but I was learning the frequency. I was learning 37:15.175 --> 37:19.585 the sound of revival. Revivals have a different 37:19.585 --> 37:24.206 kind of sound to them. Revival songs have a 37:24.206 --> 37:29.215 different sound to them. I can still hear those revival 37:29.215 --> 37:34.346 songs. I can still hear them today. Kingdom songs, they 37:34.346 --> 37:38.396 have a different ring to them. You can feel it. 37:38.396 --> 37:44.815 There's a heaven frequency about them, a vibration type 37:44.815 --> 37:49.525 of wave that resonates in the atmosphere, like the 37:49.525 --> 37:54.835 sound of many waters. And these sounds, they sensitize 37:54.835 --> 38:00.956 us and activate our faith, activate prophetic words, 38:00.956 --> 38:06.655 and they also activate angel armies. In this room today, 38:06.655 --> 38:11.126 you can, there's radio waves all throughout this room, 38:11.126 --> 38:15.445 and if you have the right technology, you can hear it. 38:15.445 --> 38:19.856 You can hear it. Revivals have frequency sounds you 38:19.856 --> 38:23.215 can hear, and I didn't know it, but as a boy, I was 38:23.215 --> 38:29.246 learning just by experience those sounds. So in this 38:29.246 --> 38:33.626 vision, I began hearing the sounds of revival, and I 38:33.626 --> 38:38.876 also heard the songs of revival. I heard the prayers 38:38.876 --> 38:43.195 of revival. I heard the cries of revival. In this 38:43.195 --> 38:47.186 vision I was experiencing this. I was, I was there. It 38:47.186 --> 38:51.445 was so real. One of the revivals that I was seeing 38:51.445 --> 38:56.695 and hearing was the Welsh revival led by Evan Roberts. 38:56.695 --> 39:04.976 I was like I was there watching it live. And I've 39:04.976 --> 39:11.096 studied the Welsh Revival, I've been drawn to it all my 39:11.096 --> 39:16.346 life for some reason. Thousands, thousands of coal 39:16.346 --> 39:22.826 miners came to Christ during that revival. And one of the 39:22.826 --> 39:30.626 things the coal miners loved to do was sing. And they 39:30.626 --> 39:35.306 would sing underground and people, of course they have 39:35.306 --> 39:39.835 the air shafts that would go up to the, you know, to the 39:39.835 --> 39:44.635 earth, the top where they could breathe, and the air 39:44.635 --> 39:48.115 shafts going up. And so people would get their 39:48.115 --> 39:54.505 chairs and they would go up and sit around the air shaft 39:54.505 --> 39:59.456 and listen to these coal miners sing. Back in those days of revival when I 45:56.891 --> 46:01.090 was a boy, in those Appalachian Hills, Southern 46:01.090 --> 46:07.722 Ohio, one church after the other. But at the end of 46:07.722 --> 46:11.860 Wednesday night or Sunday night especially, when the 46:11.860 --> 46:16.751 preaching was done, the service wasn't over. The 46:16.751 --> 46:19.452 saints would hear the song and they would begin to 46:19.452 --> 46:27.012 gather around the altar and they would pray. They'd pray 46:27.012 --> 46:29.621 at that revival, they'd pray for souls, and they would 46:29.621 --> 46:34.481 allow themselves to become burdened for the lost and 46:34.481 --> 46:37.481 they would — they did it all the time. All the revival 46:37.481 --> 46:40.061 service they would gather at the end. They would begin to 46:40.061 --> 46:46.512 intercede and pray and in where we were at that time, 46:48.072 --> 46:52.871 we did most of the time they didn't call it the altar. They 46:52.871 --> 46:56.081 called it in the hill countries where we were 46:56.081 --> 47:01.541 from, the mourner's bench. I couldn't have been five or six feet away from 47:40.661 --> 47:45.282 her. I could see her so clearly. And this mother was 47:45.282 --> 47:50.831 crying as hard as you've ever seen anybody cry. I 47:50.831 --> 47:55.420 mean, the sobs were just racking, tears dripping. She 47:55.420 --> 48:00.702 was sobbing, and the prayer wasn't long. But I've never 48:00.702 --> 48:10.211 forgotten it. I heard the 49:07.391 --> 49:10.961 intercession of revival. I heard people that they 49:10.961 --> 49:16.175 weren't — they weren't they were willing to be burdened 49:17.380 --> 49:22.840 for the lost. I heard the intercession of revival. I 49:22.840 --> 49:28.900 also in this vision, I heard and I actually felt 49:29.952 --> 49:34.931 conviction that would come into the atmosphere of those 49:34.931 --> 49:40.452 revivals. I could feel it. Conviction of course is not 49:40.452 --> 49:48.371 condemnation. Conviction is that glaring truth that 49:48.371 --> 49:52.871 you're lost and you need a Savior. It's that loving 49:52.871 --> 49:56.380 draw that just gets hold of you and keeps pulling. You 49:56.380 --> 50:02.981 need Jesus, you need Jesus. It's, it's, it's a love draw 50:02.981 --> 50:09.972 and, and I have seen people shake or tremble under 50:09.972 --> 50:16.032 conviction. They would, they would shake. I have seen 50:16.032 --> 50:20.081 people grip the back of their seat or grab the back 50:20.081 --> 50:22.840 of the pew till their knuckles turned white, 50:22.840 --> 50:30.387 holding on under conviction. I've seen grown men run 50:30.387 --> 50:35.007 during an altar call, run out the door. I've seen them 50:35.007 --> 50:38.277 crying, weeping, and take off running under 50:38.277 --> 50:43.496 conviction. It was an atmosphere of Holy Spirit's 50:43.496 --> 50:48.806 presence that would just get so heavy, and it would 50:48.806 --> 50:52.467 become heavier and heavier and heavier, drawing people 50:52.467 --> 50:59.697 to repentance as the saints would sing songs like "Just 50:59.697 --> 51:07.137 as I am," without one plea. Oh, it would get heavy. I 51:07.137 --> 51:10.617 woke up to one of those songs the other — about 51:10.617 --> 51:14.907 Tuesday morning, I think it was, and I haven't heard it 51:14.907 --> 51:20.097 in 65 years. I sent it to Dutch and he started crying 51:20.097 --> 51:28.887 too. But there was something in that revival, revival 51:28.887 --> 51:37.317 songs. As I, as I heard in this vision, I could hear it 51:37.317 --> 51:45.746 so clearly. The song I heard Tuesday morning, I think 51:45.746 --> 51:50.456 it's been 65 years since I heard it. And they would 51:50.456 --> 51:56.336 sing this for 15 or 20 times. They didn't just sing 51:56.336 --> 52:01.197 it once. They sang it until the power fell and people 52:01.197 --> 52:12.777 had to get saved. They begin to sing, sing the songs of 52:12.777 --> 52:20.606 heaven. And I heard the other day a song that they 52:20.606 --> 52:26.606 used to sing from the Exodus. It's a song that 52:26.606 --> 52:37.166 rarely is heard or has been heard, but... "When I see 52:37.166 --> 52:45.476 the blood" Anybody hear it, know it? When I see the 52:45.476 --> 52:56.186 blood, when I see the blood, I will pass, I will pass 52:56.186 --> 53:00.056 over you. And there's always the guitars or with the 53:00.056 --> 53:05.246 clapping because we didn't have pianos. When I see the 53:05.246 --> 53:17.577 blood, when I see the blood, when I see the blood, I will 53:17.577 --> 53:23.126 pass, I will pass over you. Oh, you have to have the 53:23.126 --> 53:27.956 blood applied, the blood of Jesus that frees if you're 53:27.956 --> 53:37.407 going to be passed over. For 26 years or so, Dutch and I, we would go 53:51.117 --> 53:55.467 down to our grandparents where we were from, and we 53:55.467 --> 53:58.317 would stay with them during deer season. We would go 53:58.317 --> 54:04.646 deer hunting, and, but he had moved to Colorado, and, 54:04.646 --> 54:08.577 but we would stay with Grandma and Grandpa. I just, 54:08.577 --> 54:12.297 you know, we didn't see him that much then and, and, but 54:12.297 --> 54:15.717 he had moved to Colorado so I was there by myself and I, 54:15.717 --> 54:18.476 he, Grandpa was probably around 80 years old, 54:18.476 --> 54:22.646 something like that. And I was sitting in their old 54:22.646 --> 54:25.347 living room, it was an old log cabin that he had added 54:25.347 --> 54:31.976 on to. But I looked over at him and I thought, I don't 54:31.976 --> 54:35.817 know who this guy is. I mean, I know him as my 54:35.817 --> 54:42.206 grandpa, but who is he as a human being? I mean, and I 54:42.206 --> 54:46.947 looked at the lines on his face and it just spoke of so 54:46.947 --> 54:50.996 much life. And I was sitting there after I'd scouted 54:50.996 --> 54:54.777 around that day and I was sitting in the living room 54:54.777 --> 55:00.117 on their old couch and recliner that they didn't 55:00.117 --> 55:07.286 get new, they covered them with something. Anyway, and 55:07.286 --> 55:11.661 I thought, who is he? And I began to ask him questions. 55:13.047 --> 55:16.496 And I said, "Grandpa, what was it like when you saw 55:16.496 --> 55:21.206 your first car?" Because I knew he rode a mule, rode a 55:21.206 --> 55:25.376 mule to school. And he told me the first car he'd ever 55:25.376 --> 55:30.956 seen was a car going uphill backwards. Because they 55:30.956 --> 55:34.317 didn't have carburetors and it was gravity fed, so you 55:34.317 --> 55:36.056 had to go backwards or you're going to lose the 55:36.056 --> 55:42.447 gas. I asked him several things and then, because I 55:42.447 --> 55:47.487 didn't know, I then said, "Grandpa, how did you come 55:47.487 --> 55:54.806 to know Jesus? How did you become a Christian?" And 55:54.806 --> 55:57.567 that's when my grandmother spoke up and she said, "Tell 55:57.567 --> 56:04.677 him the whole thing, Bill." And so, he began to tell me 56:04.677 --> 56:10.001 in his own words, he was a rascal. I interpreted what 56:10.001 --> 56:15.356 that meant, but revival came to the Christian Union 56:15.356 --> 56:21.536 Church. Grandma was a Christian, and she kept 56:21.536 --> 56:24.626 asking him, "You need to go to the revival. Go to the 56:24.626 --> 56:27.327 revival with me, Bill." And he was like, "No, I've got 56:27.327 --> 56:31.496 to take care of the garden." And he wouldn't go. Next 56:31.496 --> 56:36.777 day, "Go to the revival with me." And he, "Nah, I don't 56:36.777 --> 56:39.567 want to do that." And the next day, she made it an 56:39.567 --> 56:45.657 issue. "Bill, you need to go to the revival. I want you 56:45.657 --> 56:49.137 to go with me." "No, I'm not going to." "Yes, I want you 56:49.137 --> 56:54.206 to go." And she persisted until he went. And he said 56:54.206 --> 56:59.246 that night, they sat about three rows from the back and 56:59.246 --> 57:03.416 he said, "I, the singing, I got under conviction." He 57:03.416 --> 57:06.056 said, "I didn't go forward. I just wanted to get out of 57:06.056 --> 57:10.436 there and I did." But the next day, Grandma said, 57:10.436 --> 57:13.706 "Bill, go to revival with me again." "No, I'm not going." 57:13.706 --> 57:18.746 She insisted and she won. She was one of them at the 57:18.746 --> 57:26.217 altar praying afterwards. And, and he went. He said, I 57:26.217 --> 57:28.976 just was so under conviction. I knew I needed 57:28.976 --> 57:32.277 Jesus. I knew I did, but I just fought it off and I 57:32.277 --> 57:37.166 left. And he said the next night, she was the same. She 57:37.166 --> 57:43.137 persisted until he went. And then she said again, tell 57:43.137 --> 57:52.286 him the whole thing, Bill. So he said, I sat there and 57:52.286 --> 57:55.677 he said, I began to tremble. He said, I kept trying not 57:55.677 --> 58:01.586 to cry, but I was under conviction. And he said, I 58:01.586 --> 58:06.086 was three rows from the back, sat with your grandma. 58:06.086 --> 58:09.867 So there would have been maybe 10, 12 pews in front 58:09.867 --> 58:14.516 of them. He's on the aisle, right on the aisle. He said, 58:14.516 --> 58:18.836 I stepped out into the aisle. And I fell on my 58:18.836 --> 58:27.956 knees, crying. And he said, I crawled from that row. I 58:27.956 --> 58:34.947 crawled all the way up to the first row. And I laid 58:34.947 --> 58:45.567 there and gave my heart to Jesus. And I said, "Grandpa, 58:45.567 --> 58:51.476 why didn't you go on up to the altar?" He said, "Oh, 58:51.476 --> 58:59.067 son, I wasn't worthy to go to such a holy place. I was 58:59.067 --> 59:05.126 a guilty sinner and I needed saved." He gave his heart to 59:05.126 --> 59:11.907 the Lord that way. I never knew that story. At his 59:11.907 --> 59:18.027 funeral, Dutch and I, we got to the church, that old 59:18.027 --> 59:20.487 Church of Christ in Christian Union Church, and 59:21.536 --> 59:25.137 they had put in stained glass windows around the 59:25.137 --> 59:29.876 side, and I never knew it. But we were then there 59:29.876 --> 59:33.416 early, and we were walking around, and we looked, and 59:33.416 --> 59:40.677 it's at the bottom it said, "This window was donated by 59:40.677 --> 59:46.257 Bill and Naomi Hinkle, my grandpa and grandma." He 59:46.257 --> 59:53.786 became first elder in the church. Conviction is coming 59:53.786 --> 01:00:02.097 back, drawing people to Jesus. I felt it. I'm told that a lion king can roar and it can be 01:01:42.311 --> 01:01:46.391 heard up to two miles away.
